My life is dedicated to teaching. I am excited to teach first grade. As a Neshaminy alumni, I am pleased to continue to be part of the Neshaminy community. For 22 years, I taught Special Education, grades kindergarten through high school, encompassing multiple exceptionalities, including emotional, academic, physical and behavioral differences. I then transitioned to teach first grade. It is exciting to see students attempt and achieve success.
I earned a dual Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Arcadia University. I continued my education to earn a Master’s degree in Education from LaSalle University. I have also earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology: Integrating Technology, Learning, and Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

My philosophy on education is that every child can learn. Each child is a unique individual and learns at different rates, through different modalities. It is my privilege to help children discover the strategies that best fit them, and to foster those styles to help children become life-long learners. All people are valuable and are worthy of access to a high quality education.
